The TOSHIBA TEC industrial site in Dieppe has been a member of VIALOG since 2009. Wishing to diversify its service activities, in particular through the brand PC repair activities, TOSHIBA Dieppe asked VIALOG to put it in touch with a partner likely to intervene on site at its BtoB customers within 24 hours, TOSHIBA Dieppe being in charge of making appointments, managing and sending spare parts.
Thanks to the contacts made through VIALOG, the plant's PC repair business has more than doubled in volume in a few months.
